PE

On the days when your child has an indoor or outdoor PE lesson, they are invited to come to school wearing their PE kit that day, with their school jumper (black joggers can be worn over shorts in colder weather).

Please ensure that your child has the correct PE kit:

Indoor kit - black shorts or black leggings and a blue school t-shirt (no footwear is required).

Outdoor kit - black shorts or black leggings/joggers, a blue school t-shirt and black trainers.

Please note whilst stud earrings are allowed for school they MUST be removed for PE lessons.

Please see the class newsletter above for the days we have PE each week; this can change each half term.

Homework

Homework is set each week. It is expected that all children complete their homework, which is usually practising something from class. It is set in a homework book, on a sheet or on SeeSaw on a Wednesday and is due back the following Monday.

Spellings/Sounds - will be handed out on a Friday and will be tested the following Friday

Reading

It is expected your child reads for a minimum of 10 minutes every night.  Please keep track of your child’s at-home reading by filling in the reading log each night.  Your child MUST have their reading book and log in school every day.
