Outdoor Art Exhibition
On Tuesday 21st June we held our first Outdoor Art Exhibition. Each class from Nursery to Year Six created art work using a range of natural materials and techniques. Our amazing school grounds were the art gallery!
After completing their own exhibits the children walked through the exhibition,admiring each others work. At the end of the school day families had their chance walk round the Outdoor Art Exhibition and were wowed by the levels of skill and creativity they saw!
This is what each class created:
Nursery- large piece of artwork of the outdoor area using their hands and feet
Reception- pictures from fairy tales using natural resources
Year 1- clay tree faces
2U- artwork using natural resources and CD mobiles
2P- twig people
3W- leaf bashing, mobiles and tree rubbings
3C- nature dream-catchers
4D- nature paper
4B- created a picture using grass cuttings
Year 5- aboriginal art
6M- pebble creatures
6W- clay tree faces
SSC- clay creatures
