EYFS Curriculum

Welcome to the Early Years Foundation Stage at Bowker Vale

 Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2021

In the EYFS we have our Nursery and Reception classes. Our Nursery Primrose class takes children who are 3 and 4 years old. In Reception we have the Daffodil and Honeysuckle classes.

In the EYFS our curriculum follows the EYFS Educational Programmes which can be found in the Statutory Framework for the EYFS alongside Development Matters guidance to inform our curriculum. At the end of Reception we use the EYFS profile to assess children against Early Learning Goals.
